Master Diploma in Project Management


The objective of this course is to enable professionals either new or experienced to understand the various aspects of Project Management through PPM Concepts and learn to use Project Management software like Oracle's Primavera and MS Project along with some case studies. This course will be an eye opener to understand the basic tenets of project planning and management coupled with a tool like MS Project or Primavera.

The course gives an introduction to a Project, Project Management, Project Life Cycle and other topics relevant to PMI's PMBOK.
